Always fresh and cut as asked. Reasonable prices. Short wait times even when buying warm or cook seafood. Bread they use is loaf of bread for sandwiches fyi. Sauces by the door. Always have red snapper in stock!
CRABS: First I want to say that the crabs were delicious , Seasoned as I asked . I asked for #2 males and what he showed me was bigger than what he gave me , when I questioned him the owner jumped in an explained what got was a better crab because they were heavier. Which would have been fine if the staff had explained that to me from the beginning , my problem is that , when you're speaking to the staff, the appearance is that they don't quite understand when you're talking to them , it's a bunch of nodes and no explanation which makes you think that they are not being truthful. Which we all know that they understand but they play dumb, I have nothing against them but, please try to speak to me I'm not above trying to communicate with anyone even if I have to use Google translate, if we would just take the extra effort to communicate (we have tools now) the world would be a better place. To the staff If I came off rude my apologies! So I gave them a 3 for lack of communication
The Food was OK ) taste fresh flavors Bland on fried fish Customer Service is poor your a block away from a bus depot and on the bus line BUS DRIVERS NEED TO BE ABLE TO CALL IN ORDERS!! MY people JUST GO ACROSS THE STREET AND GET YOUR SEAFOOD
Excellent customer service, seafood was fresh and delicious. Order snow crab legs as well as clams. They sucked the clams and prepared them nicely with lemon wedges.
